3. Information Shared With Other Users

Super Rider is a community-based application.

• Your motorcycle garage and uploaded motorcycle photos.

• Community posts and other content you publish.

• Groups you create or participate in.

• Your publicly displayed city or state.

Please avoid publishing sensitive personal information, including your home address, telephone number, or other private details, in public posts or ride descriptions.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Super Rider uses Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, database services, and data storage.

Supabase may process information on our behalf to provide these services.

We may also use service providers necessary for distributing, operating, maintaining, and securing the App.

These providers process information according to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

User information is stored using services including Supabase.

Authentication credentials are handled through our authentication provider. We do not intentionally store user passwords as readable plain text.

No electronic storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. User-Generated Content and Community Safety

Super Rider allows users to share content and interact with other riders.

Users are responsible for the information and content they choose to publish.

We provide reporting and blocking features to help users address inappropriate content or interactions.

We may review reported content and remove content or restrict accounts that violate our community guidelines or applicable laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Super Rider's services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the App.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with our applicable retention obligations and technical requirements.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

8. Account Deletion and Your Choices

You may update certain profile information through the App.

You may also request deletion of your Super Rider account using the account deletion feature available within the App.

Super Rider is intended for users aged 13 and older.
