At Superbike Garage, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in new/resalable condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all included hardware, instructions, tags, accessories, and documentation.

• Show no signs of installation, mounting, wear, damage, or use.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Superbike Garage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or Superbike Garage shipped the incorrect item:

• Special-order or custom-order products.

• Electrical or electronic components that have been installed, connected, programmed, or opened.

• Engine, internal engine, or drivetrain components that have been installed.

• Fluids, chemicals, lubricants, cleaners, or other opened consumable products.

• Clearance, closeout, or final-sale merchandise.

• Custom-made, personalized, modified, or specifically configured products.

• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, racing, crashes, neglect, or modification.

• Used or installed parts.

• Tires that have been mounted or used.

Helmets, apparel, and other wearable products must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging, and must remain in new/resalable condition.

Fitment & Customer-Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate motorcycle year, make, model, trim, and other requested fitment information when ordering parts.

If Superbike Garage supplies an incorrect product due to an error made by Superbike Garage, we will work with the customer to correct the order.

If an incorrect product is ordered because of inaccurate information provided by the customer, change of mind, or customer selection error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, restocking charges, and any additional shipping costs.

Special Orders

Special-order products are generally final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been submitted to our supplier or manufacturer.

Deposits or payments made toward special-order merchandise may be non-refundable once Superbike Garage has committed to purchasing the product.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price when Superbike Garage incurs a supplier/manufacturer restocking fee, when packaging has been opened, or when additional handling is required to return the product to inventory.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Superbike Garage.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by Superbike Garage or an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are properly packaged. Superbike Garage is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Superbike Garage as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

Do not install or use a product that appears damaged or incorrect. Installation or use of an incorrect product may affect return eligibility.

Manufacturer defects may be handled under the manufacturer's warranty and may require inspection or approval from the manufacturer or distributor.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, Superbike Garage will process the applicable refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, special-order fees, restocking fees, and other non-refundable charges will be deducted when applicable.

Canceled Orders

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or submitted to a supplier.

Once an order has shipped, been submitted as a special order, or otherwise entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any non-refundable supplier, processing, shipping, or restocking costs incurred by Superbike Garage may be deducted from an approved cancellation refund.

Racing & Competition Products

Many products sold by Superbike Garage are intended for performance, racing, track, or competition use.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, crashed, or subjected to racing/competition use are not eligible for return based on ordinary wear, performance expectations, or damage resulting from their use.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are governed by the individual manufacturer's warranty terms.

In-Store Purchases

This policy also applies to eligible products purchased directly from Superbike Garage unless different terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Labor, installation, diagnostic, service, and other completed service charges are not product returns and are not refundable under this Return & Refund Policy.

Contact Us

To request a return, please contact Superbike Garage with your name, order number or proof of purchase, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns should not be shipped until return authorization or instructions have been provided by Superbike Garage.

Superbike Garage reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
